All prices shown are exclusive of VAT which is added at the check out stage.

We are unable to accept credit card payment at present. Payment may be made by Sterling cheque, overseas customers may pay by Bank transfer. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds. We will contact you to confirm orders.

For items that are handmade to order, Ruby and Pearl will advise of expected delivery times following a confirmation and receipt of full payment or agreed deposit

Delivery and packaging costs are £10 for standard 48 hour UK delivery. (No charge is made for goods over £300).

Overseas orders

For overseas delivery charges please e-mail or phone +44(0)1993 822 599 for a postage quote. For delivery addresses outside the U.K. you may be subject to import duties. This and all charges of a similar nature will be borne by the customer.

Guarantee

If goods arrive in a damaged condition please advise us immediately. If you are unhappy with your goods please return them to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, excluding postage costs. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds on customer damaged items. We are not able to refund return postage except for faulty goods. Please ask for proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. This does not effect your statuary rights.
